The client is responsible for the gathering and processing of payroll information on Counntacc's predetermined excel formats.

Labour Dispute Services

Our labour dispute service includes the following:

  • Formulation and maintenance of the disciplinary code.

  • Investigation of all labour dispute matters arising from contravention of disciplinary code.

  • Assisting with / chairing of disciplinary enquiries.

  • Preparation and briefing of counsel on CCMA matters.

  • Representation of Client at CCMA hearings.

  • Briefing of counsel ahead of Labour Court matters.

 

The client is responsible for ensuring that Counntacc is informed at the earliest opportunity of any contravention of its disciplinary codes and to ensure that the personnel involved are available to attend investigatory and disciplinary hearings.
